LYN MAGNARINI
Founder

Lyn Magnarini is a proven leader with superior business judgment and a commitment to developing collaborative management teams in trust-based work environments. Wide-ranging operations and human resource experience enables Ms. Magnarini to build successful organizations.

 

A hallmark of Lyn’s work is the ability to identify business differentiators for clients and design systems to support those unique elements, allowing her to lead companywide operation assessments. Lyn is also known for developing and instituting effective training programs that build staff qualifications and promotion potential. She creates and implements a variety of management readiness programs to increase overall senior staff retention and company loyalty.

 

Lyn has been a successful restaurateur strong in both independent concept and franchise operations. She has consulted with Meatheads and has also spent time with the Paradise Bakery Organization, assisting the Senior Management Team in building an infrastructure to support their growth for a major restaurant expansion, and later, their tranisition to Panera Bread. Lyn has also helped establish the Wisconsin Hospitality Group, L.L.C (WHG), serving as an Officer of the Corporation and the Chief People Officer. Early on, she lead the acquisition of an 89-store Pizza Hut chain. Part of her turn-a-round strategy was a successful management recruiting and training program.

 

In recognition of her position as a business leader and management executive, Ms. Magnarini currently serves on the HR committee for the Ronald McDonald house and has served as the President of the Board of Directors of the ALMA Center a human service non-profit organization in Milwaukee. She is an active member of the national Women in Foodservice Forum.

 

With a career spanning over two decades in the human resources and hospitality industries, Bonnie specializes in employment branding, talent acquisition, training and development, coaching and counseling, legal and regulatory, and risk management.


In numerous progressive roles, Bonnie has guided businesses to reflect her conviction of “putting people first,” while balancing profitability. She believes in taking a forward-thinking collaborative approach to growth and development of employees, through an open and honest communicative style. In doing so, she has positively impacted over 5,000 employees.


Bonnie expresses her passion for Human Resources in many outlets, including her memberships at the Society
for Human Resource Management, the Women’s Food Service Forum, and the Alma Center. In addition, she is a member of the Alma Center board. She has also participated in several speaking engagements at Fox Valley Technical College and WCTC.


Bonnie spends her free time traveling and cooking. She also enjoys games of cribbage with her husband, Brian, and shopping with her daughter Rachel. She especially loves crafting and playing board games with her eight-year-old granddaughter Kennedy (aka Peanut).

LORENA PITTMAN

Lorena Pittman has held progressive responsible Human Resources positions in varied industries.  In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Stout. With a career spanning two decades in human resources, Lorena specializes in leadership development and coaching, employee relations, employment branding, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, legal and regulatory, diversity management, benefits and risk management.


Lorena has guided businesses to establish “cohesive teams” that improve profitability. She has lead numerous company acquisitions; creating innovative ways to engage teams. Her partnership with operations earned her the Pacific Bells, Inc. “Operations Award” and the “Support Person” of the year award at Wisconsin Hospitality Group L.L.C.


Lorena has been a successful restauranteur in franchise businesses including; Wisconsin Hospitality Group, L.L.C, servings as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting 89-store Pizza Hut and 24-store Applebee’s, Pacific Bells, Inc. supporting 25-store Taco Bells and World Wide Wings, Inc. 18-store Buffalo Wild Wings, serving as Human Resources Manager. She extended her Human Resources experience in retail supporting Burlington (Department Store) 17-stores serving as a Regional Human Resources Manager.


Lorena is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. She speaks fluent Spanish and whenever possible she partners with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the United Community Center – Centro de la Comunidad Unida.


When Lorena is not working she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and husband and traveling adventures.
